Step #1
You need a GMail account -- (Don't worry, they're FREE!)
- Go to Step #2 if you already have a GMail account
- If you don't have GMail, get an account here: Free GMail Account
- Hint: You must provide First, Last, Login names plus password
- Hint: You must provide a secondary e-mail address (but only for Google to contact you)

Step #2
Create your FREE Google Sites Web Page account
- Go to the Google Sites sign-up page
- Login to your GMail account -- (if you are not already logged in)
- Name your site (eg. <my-website-name>)
- Hint: Your URL will look like http://sites.google.com/sites/<my-website-name>
- Fill-in the other user information and you're done !
